SALT LAKE CITY — A Utah couple will get national television airtime when they appear on the new season of the show Lego Masters.
Season four of the program premieres Thursday night, and among the master builders is Utah couple and St. George residents Aubrey and Ryan Ninow.
The show, hosted by former “Lego Movie” actor Will Arnett, puts teams of two Lego enthusiasts through building competitions, putting their creativity to the test.
According to the show’s website, the Utah couple and other amateur builders will be judged each round. During the last round, the top teams will compete for a cash price of $100,000 and a Lego trophy.
The Ninow’s love of building encouraged them to start a YouTube channel, where they publish stop-motion Lego videos and post Lego reviews. The channel eventually caught the attention of Lego Master producers, and they joined the season four cast of builders.
“I cannot wait to tell you guys all about it as each episode comes out,” Ryan Ninow said on YouTube. “I feel like I’ve gotten way better as a builder.”
