Victim of Grand Canyon National Park flash flood’s body found

SUPAI, AZ — Chenoa Nickerson, the 33-year-old woman who went missing after a flash flood in Grand Canyon National Park, has been found deceased.
Grand Canyon National Park officials say her body was found at around 11:30 a.m. Sunday.
She was discovered by a commercial river trip in the Colorado River.
Nickerson, from Gilbert Arizona, was reported missing after a flash flood struck Havasu Canyon on Thursday, August 22. The National Park Service conducted a multi-day search effort.
