WEST HAVEN, Utah –A crash involving two cars left six people injured Sunday afternoon, Utah Highway Patrol confirmed.
An FJ Cruiser and a Toyota Prius crashed on State Route 126 at around 1:05 p.m., said Utah Highway Patrol Corporal Haley Scheer.
The FJ Cruiser was traveling southbound near 1900 West. The car traveled across a two-way left turn lane and into northbound traffic, where it struck the Toyota Prius.
The Cruiser struck a large fence post, where it rotated and came to a stop. The driver received large cuts to his head and upper body. The driver is in stable condition, Scheer said.
Six people in total were brought to the hospital. Scheer says as of around 4 p.m. Sunday, there have been no serious injuries reported.
